No, I think they reversed a decision to cease shipping XP. So now users have
the option of XP or Vista.

Same thing. Like saying: We continue to ship contaminated pet food as

But I thought MS was calling the shots here - didn't they make a
statement that after a certain date (in July, I think) you can't ship
anything except DogShit, I mean, Vista.

Not exactly. I helped a family member order a Dell laptop today, and most
systems come standard with Pissta. There was a certain system that came
with XPee optionally.
